Sun 2 Dec

It's frustrating that the ballet DVD, while a good workout that I feel is a good part of my fitness regimen overall, burns so few calories and only gives me about 450 steps on the day. On a Packer game Sunday, I'm just about assured that the day's step count will be pitifully low. I suppose I could put the game on the downstairs TV and walk on the treadmill while I watch, but Packer games are supposed to be a time to relax! (And now I have a kitchen full of holiday sweets - yikes!) The risotto is excellent! We had some with Dad's leftover ribeye from Ruth's Chris and there is enough for at least one more meal. Yum! GO PACK!
