A two-day work week and already I'm glad it's Friday. Was work to get up at 4:30 today and doing a different workout routine has left my muscles sore. Whine, whine. Breakfast out with my client this morning. Dad and I had to straighten up the Christmas tree again today; it's getting tipsy. The stand is literally on its last legs. Food: 6:45 am Date-filled cookie, 1/2 c fruit salad, 100 g blackberries, coffee 8:15 pm 2/3 mushroom swiss omelet, 1 slice homemade wheat toast w/butter, 2/3 tbl orange marmalade, coffee 10:15 pm 1 Reese's miniature 11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, 2 butter horns 12:45 pm 1 sm pc lebkuchen 3:30 pm 1 Reese's miniature, 1 Special Dark miniature 4:45 pm 7 g sugar cookie 6:15 pm 3 slices Pizza Hut medium Fit N Delicious veggie pizza Exercise: 4:45-5:45 am Coach Nicole's 28-day bootcamp toning workouts
