Back to work today, but only for two days before another 4-day weekend. I could deal with this schedule! Actually yesterday was a little weird being so unstructured, hard to motivate. Better to have a little structure to the day. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 102 g blackberries, coffee 12:30 pm Chocolate soy shake, 64 g chocolate chip brioche, 1 c fruit salad 1:15 pm 2 white chocolate peppermint M&Ms 4:45 pm 1 praline chocolate, 20 g sugar cookies, 11 g molasses cookies 5:45 pm 3.25 oz white meat turkey, 2/3 c stuffing, 1 tbl gravy, 1/3 c squash w/pecans, 5 sm roasted asparagus spears, 12 oz skim milk Exercise: 4:45-5:45 am Step DVD
