Still can't get the Dailey Method DVD to play on my regular player, so back to the original ballet DVD. Even though it doesn't allow many steps, I feel the toning and ballet practice is good for flexibility and strength. And I was happy today that my knee made it through all the plie section without any real modification. I did opt to run in place instead of the second faster set of jumps as my knee had enough percussion by that time.
