I like the fact that SparkPeople says I have 1000 fitness minutes in for the first 7 days of the month. It does feel good to keep active and I hope I can continue doing so for the remainder of my life. I hope that keeping on top of exercise helps minimize the loss of balance and strength I saw both my parents experience in late life. Realized that I have double-scheduled the first hour of today so I have some juggling to do when I get in to work. I should be able to manage it, but I should have realized it before so it wouldn't have been an issue. Found a little over half a chocolate Kwik Trip donut on the table when I got home. Promptly devoured it and hoped it was left for me - it was. Yum!
