I was in the middle of a dream in a deeper stage of sleep when the alarm went off this morning and it was really difficult to come out of it and wake up. I did get up and get through exercise, but I think it took about 20 min before my head stopped feeling groggy. I got my full 8 hours, but waking in the wrong stage is just - wrong. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee 10:00 am Coffee 12:15 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, 2 slices cinnamon raisin struan toast, 1 tbl whipped butter, orange 1:00 pm 11 g dark chocolate super fruits 3:00 pm 100 cal Snapea 5:30 pm 111 g spinach ravioli, 1/2 c carmelized onion pasta sauce, 12 oz skim milk Exercise: 4:55-5:35 am Jane Fonda Workout with Weights video 5:35-5:55 am Cardio Salsa DVD
