Another cold and frosty morning. Bob's breakfast group was canceled due to cold. It can break any time to suit me. Dentist this morning with a different hygienist. The dentist is presumably in Arizona so it's just a cleaning. Made a big pot of kale kielbasa soup for tonight's dinner and did some Dancing' with the Oldies on and off while following the recipe. Food: 7:45 am Homemade cinnamon roll, 1/2 grapefruit, 99 g blackberries, coffee 11:25 am 1 slice Omega 3 toast w/butter, leftover lobster chowder 1:30 pm Kirkland European Christmas cookies 4:00 pm 2 dark chocolate Frango mints 6:30 pm Bowl kielbasa kale soup, 6 oz red wine 7:55 pm Kirkland European Christmas cookies Exercise: 10:30-11:00 am Jessica Smith Brain Teaser DVD 11:00-11:20 am Jessica Smith partial Latin Dance DVD 2:00-2:20 pm Dancing' with the Oldies DVD
