Hoping to use these next few unstructured weeks to eat sensibly and lose some of the extra tonnage I've accumulated in the past several months of indulgence. I don't like seeing the belly fat that can't be sucked in. I know I can get rid of it if I just stick to the regimen.
Food:
7:35 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 99 g raspberries, coffee
11:35 am Leftover meatloaf and mashed potatoes
12:30 pm Snickerdoodle cookie, Pu-Erh tea
5:40 pm Enchiladas, Motts Berry Sauce cup
Exercise:
8:55-9:25 am Treadmill w/5 intervals
9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
