Lovely to wake up to sunshine and the prospect of nice weather ahead for awhile. Feeling a little wiped out from a big exercise day yesterday and the prospect of Trivia weekend and the accompanying preparations this afternoon.
Food:
7:25 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 1/4 large cantaloupe, coffee
12:30 pm Slice Country Hearth Dakota 12 grain bread, 1 tbl PB, 1 tbl red raspberry jam
Exercise:
8:55-9:25 am Treadmill
9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
