The sun is shining brightly, the temps are already a little above usual for this time of day, perhaps the warm weather is really coming! I hope so. Really enjoyed a nice long conversation with Jeanette yesterday on her birthday. She told a story about leaving a little stuffed purple mouse on mom's pile of schoolbooks when they were young and scaring the bejoobies out of her. She said it was the only time she remembers her dad getting so mad he paddled her. Apparently Mom was squeamish of such things from early on.
