Back to the gym today. Feels like a long time that I've been away, even though I only missed Wednesday. It's also weird to have missed Bootstrap this week while still being in town. Next week, I'll miss gym on Monday and Wednesday, though I should be back from Door Co in time for Bootstrap on Wednesday, barring unforeseen circumstances. Food: 7:30 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee 12:15 pm Slice Omega 3 bread, 1 tbl pb, 1 tbl red raspberry jam, 103 g raspberries Exercise: 8:55-9:25 am Treadmill 9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
