Today I go back to the gym, hopefully not having significantly lost ground. I also have a cantor meeting tonight that it would be entirely too easy to forget about. I shall have to work to remember.
Food:
7:50 am Chocolate chip brioche, 102 g blackberries, coffee
12:10 pm Slice L'Oven Fresh whole wheat bread, butter, 1/2 tbl PB Fit, 188 g strawberries, soy shake
Exercise:
9:00-9:25 am Treadmill
9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class
