Full day ahead - work has been so busy lately, exercise class 4:45-5:45, voice lesson at 7, late night Mass for the Holy Day I'll be missing at 9 pm at Newman, packing in there somewhere - whew! I'm tired just planning it. Can't wait for tomorrow even if I do have to get up at 4:30 am.
Food:
7 am Bowl Fruity Cheerios w/skim milk, 8 oz kiwi strawberry juice, coffee
12:20 pm Vanilla soy shake
1:00 pm Snack-size Butterfinger
3:00 pm Frosted homemade sugar cookie (from coworker)
6:00 pm Bowl of veggie chili w/sour cream, 3 corn bread sticks w/margarine, 12 oz milk
6:20 pm Snack-size Butterfinger
Exercise:
4:45 pm Coworker exercise group - 1 hour
