Monday doesn't seem quite so daunting with the prospect of our visit on Thursday (and a 2-day conference to end the week). I also think my schedule is more open today so I might catch up on some of the paperwork. Let me know if there's anything I should bring from home for you.

Don't feel too bad about the ice cream pigout - calories consumed on the day you get your period bad shouldn't count against you. At any rate, you don't need to make yourself feel worse than you already do from nature.

Food:

6:45 am Bowl Fruity Cheerios w/skim milk, 8 oz apple cranberry juice, coffee

1:45 pm 12 oz Kwik Trip pumpkin cappucino, Revival Soy bar

7:00 pm Finnish baked pancake (very light and eggy) w/apples cooked in butter & cinnamon, snack size 3 Musketeers


Exercise:

5:30 pm 30 min Pilates mat work
