Good morning! Hope you have had/will have an opportunity for some Halloween socializing this weekend. Take a break and be good to yourself - you'll be more productive later if you rest. Trick or Treaters come today and Michael's invited a bunch of his friends so I've promised them chili. I'll try not to raid the Halloween candy, but I can't promise to be perfect!
Wow, I can taste those peanut butter oatmeal cookies already! MMMMM! I can't believe how burned out I am after 240 trick or treaters at the door and teenagers on the roof followed by the Messiah.
Food:
8:30 am Vanilla soy shake
9:00 am Half piece of apple crisp
12:00 pm One Eggs Benedict half, 1/2 c hash browns, wedge of honeydew and canteloupe, coffee
2:00 pm Small caramel bar
3:30 pm Halloween-sized crunchy Reese's bar and Kit Kat - only one of each
5:00 pm Small bowl of chili w/sour cream and cheese, a few handsful of Tostitos, 12 oz milk
8:30 pm Hallowee-sized 3 Musketeers bar
Exercise:
Handing out trick or treat candy was about it. Too tired to even think about situps.
