11:00 am Sliver of frosted brownie from coworker
11:40 am Vanilla soy shake
3:30 pm Bowl Cinnamon Life w/skim milk (starving!)
6:00 pm Medium bowl chili w/sour cream and cheese, 12 oz skim milk
