Monday

Got my period this morning; hit me the worst that one's hit me since I went on birth control. Probably a combination of stress, not having worked out much recently, and not eating too healthy.

Food today:
7:45a - Cheerios and enriched vanilla soy milk, pb-oatmeal cookie
11:00a - Peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat
12:40p - rest of B&J chocolate fudge brownie pint (I feel like shite)
2:45p - 5 triscuits
4:45p - 1/2 bowl vegan chili (all gone), pb-oatmeal cookie
6:30p - bowl fish stew, pineapple juice
10:25p - 2 4pb-oatmeal cookies

Exercise today:
9:20-9:30a - Bike to campus
12:15-12:25p - Bike home
6:00-6:15p - Walk to campus (bused home)
