9:00a - Cheerios and enriched vanilla soy milk, 1 dried apricot
11:00a - Large gala apple
1:45p - Pita pizza (pita, pizza sauce, mozzarella, mushrooms, spinach)
3:10p - handful raisins, oat & honey granola bar
6:00p - small bowl vegan chili, slice apple-raisin bread
7:00p - about 15 peanut butter M&Ms
Exercise today:
9:30-9:40a - Bike to campus
12:15-1p - Treadmill (I ran a mile!!) and elliptical
1:15-1:25p - Bike home
