Boo Monday. By the way, I'm not sure if walking up 4 flights of stairs really counts as exercise, but I keep writing it down to shame myself out of taking the elevator when I'm tired like I am today...

9:05a - Cheerios and enriched vanilla soy milk
12:00p - Genisoy protein bar
12:50p - 80 cal Kemps yogurt cup
2:00p - Genisoy protein bar (really hungry for some reason)
4:15p - Large gala apple (yay Sentry and your excellent produce)
6:30p - 1pc baked tofu and small bowl vegan chili
9:05p - 1 slice apple raisin bread, 8oz cranberry peach juice
Exercise today:
9:15-9:25a - Bike to campus (windy like whoa)
9:25a - Up 4 flights of stairs
12p - Up 4 flights of stairs
3:15-3:45p - Weight lifting
4-4:10p - Bike home
