Back to routine for a few days. Not an altogether bad thing, I guess. Keeps me honest.
Used my heart monitor when doing Pilates today. Found out that I definitely don't get aerobic with that routine. I felt like I worked it hard, but only spent less than 2 minutes in the target heart rate zone (probably during pushups). Even during the long sit-up series, my heart rate stayed in the 80s. I think it used to be more aerobic for me when I was not as used to exercising.
Food:
7:00 am Piece coffeecake, half grapefruit, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
12:00 pm Chocolate soy shake, 2/3 c sweet potatoes, chocolate-covered pretzel rod
1:30 pm Small scotcharoo
2:45 pm 1/4 orange craisins
6:00 pm Market Bay salmon pinwheel, 1/2 c Sour Cream N Chive mashed potatoes, 1 c cooked broccoli, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
Exercise:
5:00-6:00 am Pilates mat
