1:30 pm 1/3 square coffee cake
4:45 pm 1 sm pc angel food candy
7:00 pm 3 oz Italian beef, bialy roll, 3 baby carrots, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk,1/2 c peppermint ice cream, 1.5 tbl hot fudge sauce
Exercise:
6:15-7:15 am Pilates mat
5:05-5:50 pm Shoveling snow
