Went for my physical this morning and discovered I had the date wrong - it was yesterday! At least I was able to sit in on Grandma's pre-op which happened to be at the same time. I can't get my physical scheduled again now til February!
Busy day today - looking forward to the end of the day when I can relax for a minute or two! Heading off soon now to meet Bill Pyke and Deb Pierce-Johnson for our Old Fart's Lunch.
Wow, have I been tired this afternoon. I can barely keep my eyes open, hence the diving into sugary snacks.

6:45 am Blueberry soy shake, half grapefruit
9:30 am 90 calorie Honey Nut chewy granola bar
10:45 am 1 piece Maxine's divinity (not as dead sweet as I had feared and she said it's only 16 calories)
11:30 am Chocolate-iced shortbread cookie
12:15 pm Half Thai chicken wrap, 2 c orange spice tea
3:00 pm 2 pieces Maxine's divinity, small chocolate marshmallow snowman, Handi-Snack Creamy Caramel pudding cup
5:00 pm Molasses cookie
5:30 pm Other half Thai chicken wrap, 4 oz light vanilla soy milk, 8 oz fat free vanilla soy milk, pecan cookie
6:30 pm 1 sandbakkel
