December is here - cold and frosty and hectic as always. Hope your end-of-semester is tolerable and you find energy and organization to get everything done while saving a little time for yourself. Hugs to you and a backrub, too!


Food:

7:00 am 1/2 c Maple and Brown Sugar Trail Mix cereal, 4 oz light vanilla soy milk, half grapefruit, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
12:15 pm Vanilla soy shake, small banana, 64 g stollen
2:30 pm Jello Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Raspberry pudding cup
5:30 pm 1 c La Choy Sweet Sour Chicken, 2/3 c rice, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk, half piece pumpkin pie, 1 tbl Cool Whip Lite
