Got 10 hours sleep last night since I konked out at 9:30 pm. Feels wonderful! Hope you have an opportunity to get enough sleep, at least some of these days. Time for fun, too! Can't wait to have you home for at least a little while.

12:00 pm Chocolate homemade sandwich cookie
12:30 pm Chocolate soy shake, clementine, 57 g multigrain bread, 1 tbl PB
5:45 pm 1 c Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes N Onions w/ground beef and fresh mushrooms, 1 c broccoli, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
7:00 pm 2 oz Bailey's on the rocks
9:00 pm White chocolate-covered pretzel rod
