Wow, December is marching on quickly! One more week of work before the holidays. Haven't really started to think about menus, baking, etc. - suppose I'd better start.


Food:

8:15 am 77g (half) coffee cake muffin, clementine, cherry juice from concentrate
12:00 pm 2 crepes, medium sliced banana, coffee
2:45 pm 39 g cranberry orange bread
6:15 pm 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain spaghetti w/flax, 1/2 c spaghetti sauce w/3 oz ground beef, .2 c green pepper, .2 c onion, .1 c fresh mushrooms, 1 tbl parmesan cheese, 1 c broccoli, 12 oz fat free vanilla soy milk
