Mon 16 Feb

February is on the downside, but it's still only 1° above zero - not fair! I want to go for walks and bike rides outside and not freeze my butt off! Whine, whine.

Had a really nice chat with James just a short while ago. He has found his way to Facebook and is catching up with folks as a result. He fortunately called as I was walking back in to work so my cell phone was able to pick up the signal. I had to stand in the enrtranceway to keep the connection, but we had a good yak. He is doing well, no big changes other than Jonathan remains in South Dakota running a hotel and he has a different roommate. He indicated the situation with the new roommate is "complicated", but since he was at home, he couldn't elaborate.

Do you know the date for graduation yet? I'd like to get it on the calendar soon.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
12:00 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, slice multigrain toast, 1 tbl nutella, small banana, 2 chocolate-covered strawberries
1:45 pm 3 c popcorn
5:00 pm 1 Riesen caramel
6:15 pm 2 cheese manicotti, 1/2 c Prego, 2 tbl shredded mozzarella, Lite Berry applesauce, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk, 1 chocolate donut hole, 1 pc chocolates
