Still chugging along, though exercise was draining this morning. Can't wait for this cold to abate. Took 12-hour Sudafed and 24-hour loratadine last night so breathing wasn't a problem, but still didn't sleep solidly. The first solid night's sleep after a cold is usually my signal that it's on the upswing, so I'm still waiting. At least scale was back to 126.4 this morning, so something went well.
Food:
7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1 c blueberries, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
11:30 am Slice whole wheat bread, 1 tbl peanut butter, small banana
2:45 pm Lightly salted rice cake
4:30 pm Trader Joe's blueberry 0% fat greek yogurt
7:15 pm Flat top veggies, beef tenderloin, sauce, flatbread, desert pear lemonade
8:45 pm Mint chocolate chip on a sugar cone
