Sat 23 May

Really rather looking forward to an unstructured weekend for a change. Getting all the laundry done, time for some organization and errands, time to relax - sounds wonderful. Didn't get up til I wanted to this morning, and knowing I can do that again on Monday.


Food:

7:30 am 1 serving Scottish pinhead oatmeal, Stevia, 3 oz light vanilla soy milk, 153 g strawberries, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
12:30 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, small banana, slice whole wheat bread, 1 tbl peanut butter
2:30 pm 2 c kettle corn
6:45 pm 4 oz chicken, gado gado sauce, 1/2 c brown rice, 2/3 c Immunity Blend veggies, 12 oz light vanilla soy
9:30 pm Junior pistachio Belt's cone dipped in chocolate


Exercise:

7:25-9:20 pm Walk with Dad
9:35-9:45 pm Walk home from Belt's
