I got a little worried in the middle of the night last night. I woke up just before midnight feeling like I might have to throw up. I only had one Malibu and diet Coke, so I knew it wasn't a reaction to alcohol. I probably lay awake for over an hour, cautiously turning over from time to time to keep in control, and eventually it passed and I was able to sleep again. I was also somewhat warm and worried that in the course of the day, I may have picked up a flu or something. Whether or not it was "The Flu", I would have felt obliged to isolate myself til it passed, even as much as possible within the house. When I woke this morning, I was mildly queasy still and my muscles were achy, but I was able to get up and exercise as usual, albeit with less energy. All I can think of is that I ate way more food yesterday than I normally do and my body just didn't know what to do with it. The time I woke up may have been around the time my body really started digesting dinner. There may have been nowhere for it to put the extra digested food within the body's storage system. Don't know if that makes sense, but it's more comforting than thinking that I'm getting sick. I'm going to try to eat lightly today.
