Tues 19 May

Thankfully I'm feeling much better today, so I hope it doesn't thunderstorm so we can't hike tonight. Barb may hike with us, at least one of these times.

Just watched several small 3-4 min videos from Breakaway Adventures, our tour company, on their services, accommodations and food, why you won't get lost, etc.


Food:

7:00 am 3/4 c Maple & Brown Sugar Life, 1/2 c skim milk, 165 g strawberries, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
10:30 am Lightly salted rice cake
11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, small banana, slice key lime coffeecake
5:15 pm 3/4 c kettle corn
6:45 pm 1/4 blueberry nut trail mix
9:30 pm 3.3 oz ground sirloin, bun 1 tsp ketchup, slice tomato, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk, Jello sugar-free chocolate pudding cup




Exercise:

5:10-6:10 am Dance for weight loss DVD
1:00-1:45 pm Walk w/client
5:45-7:45 pm Hike Rib Mt w/dad
