Memorial Day

Slept in til 8 - I figure about 10 hours of sleep. Feel human again! Had energy for exercise. Looking forward to hiking Rib in the daytime and maybe lunching at Great Dane. Dinner at Hartmans tonight. Nice day.

Awesome hiking. Explored some new loops of trail at Rib now that we have a real map.

Food:

9:45 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 169 g strawberries, cherry juice from concentrate
1:00 pm 1/4 c blueberry nut trail mix
3:30 pm Small Culver's hot fudge sundae w/blueberries and strawberries in the ice cream
4:30 pm 2 c kettle corn
5:45 pm 1 pc string cheese
6:45 pm 1 drumstick, 1 thigh, 3/4 c potatoes, slice wheat cornbread, 1 tsp butter, 1 tsp honey, 1/2 c cucumbers in vinegar, 5 oz rose wine, slice thubarb pie, 1/2 c vanilla ice cream
