Food:

7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 163 g strawberries, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
11:45 am 2.8 oz roast beef, 38 g Tuscan Pane bread, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk, small banana
12:45 pm 9 g peanut butter M&M eggs
3:30 pm Lightly salted rice cake
4:45 pm 9 g peanut butter M&M eggs, 2 c kettle corn
8:45 pm 2 scrambled eggs, 1/4 c chopped tomato, .2 c chopped sweet red pepper, .2 c shredded Swiss cheese, 27 g Tuscan Pane bread, 1 tsp spread, 4 dark chocolate-covered macadamia nuts



Exercise:

5:15-6:00 am Power Shaping DVD
6:10-8:00 pm Hiking Rib w/tower (using poles)
