Excited for the trip, but a little tired at the thought of preparations still to be done tonight. Tomorrow will be an early morning, so I want everything done before bed tonight.
Food:
7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 160 g strawberries, coffee
12:30 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, slice Arnold's whole wheat bread, 1.3 oz cheddar, 1/4 large cantaloupe
2:00 pm .5 oz pecan brittle
7:00 pm 5 cheese fries, 1 c sliced cucumbers, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
8:15 pm 1/2 c Kemps vanilla custard, 1/2 c sliced strawberries
Exercise:
5:00-6:00 am Pilates mat
12:15-12:35 pm Walk to office
3:30-3:50 pm Walk home
