Slept pretty well last night, but still wasn't happy to get up this morning. But I made myself get up and exercise and I'm fine now, not overly sleepy any more.

7:00 am 1 c raisin bran, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, coffee
11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, slice Arnold's whole wheat bread, 57 g oven roasted chicken breast lunch meat, 1/4 large cantaloupe
1:00 pm Piece zucchini chocolate snack cake
3:00 pm 1 LifeSaver
5:45 pm 4 oz grilled pork chop, 1/2 c Tomato Parmesan noodles, 1 1/4 c sauteed pea pods, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
8:15 pm 1/2 c Kemps vanilla custard, 1/2 c sliced strawberries
