Felt the need for some extra computer downtime this morning before my shower, so I'm running a tad late now. It's delightful having guests, but it disrupts your routine and minimizes your "alone" time so somewhere you need to compensate.
Phil and Leigha came hiking with us at Rib in the evening, followed by sup at the Dane. Good times!

11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, 54 g Breadsmith multigrain bread, 1 tbl nutella, 152 g strawberries
2:30 pm 1/4 c blueberries
4:30 pm Piece cherry coffee cake
7:30 pm Chicken pot pie, beer bread roll w/honey butter, 1/2 c applesauce, 12 oz Strongbow cider

5:05-6:05 am Pilates mat
5:00-7:00 pm Hiking Rib plus tower
