Thanks for sending the link - I will check it out when I get time, hopefully later today. Felt good to do a thorough workout this morning, but I can tell I haven't touched weights for over a week. Still it's good to get back into the routine.


Food:

7:00 am 1 mini-box Kashi Heart to Heart Honey Toasted Oat cereal, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 164 g strawberries, 1/4 med cantaloupe, coffee
11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, slice Arnold's whole wheat bread, 1 tbl Nutella, 158 g strawberries, 165 g tomato
5:45 pm 4 oz pan-fried walleye, 1/4 c almond cream sauce, 1/2 c couscous, 1/8 c mixed vegetables, dinner roll, 2/3 pat Promise, 1/2 oz beef liver
7:15 pm 1/2 c Roundy's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Light ice cream
