Fri 7 Aug

Muscles were tired during workout this morning even though I wasn't excessively tired overall. Made it through most of the reps though.

Made mac n cheese for Phil last night as he had been craving it. Also used cherries with the homemade hot fudge to hit Phil's love of cherries and Leigha's love of chocolate. They have been fun to have around.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c raisin bran, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1 c blueberries, coffee
11:45 am 3 pc spicy tuna sushi roll, 3 pc reg tuna sushi roll, 2 crab rangoon, 1 c tempura veggies, 2 oz beef, 1/2 c mushrooms, 1/4 c cabbage, green onions, stir fry sauce
2:00 pm 1/2 World's Finest chocolate bar, 2 LifeSavers
6:00 pm 1 c Bananas Foster Brownie flurry (split small w/Leigha)
8:45 pm 3/4 c tartiflette (made by Michael and John Loy), 1 ear sweet corn w/Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray, diet Coke
