Working with clients who profess to want to lose weight, I sometimes feel like a dietician/personal trainer along with being a social worker. I am constantly preaching nutrition, exercise, drinking enough water. Keeps me reminding myself as well.
Did a poor job on the veggies today; too late to dig some up at this point. Didn't even eat my usual amount of fruit. Oh well, tomorrow's another day.
Food:
7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, coffee
12:15 pm Chocolate soy shake, 74 g pork egg roll, 103 g red grapes
2:15 pm 1 wintergreen LifeSaver, 1 slice raspberry danish coffee cake
5:00 pm .25 oz pork roast
8:45 pm 4.35 oz pulled pork, wheat bun, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
