It was hard to get up this morning, possibly because I've gotten used to taking Thursday off from early morning exercise when I consistently do the Sunday ballet routine. Because I was in Door Co on Sunday morning and therefore didn't exercise, I had to go all five mornings during the week and my body wasn't too happy about it this morning. I'm okay now, though.
Food:
7:00 am 121 g cinnamon scone, 1 c cherries, 152 g strawberries, coffee
11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, 108 g white chocolate raspberry scone, 1 c blueberries
2:30 pm .25 oz pecan brittle
6:00 pm Macaroni and cheese, 3/4 c sauteed pea pods, 1/2 c watermelon, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 c Kemps Homemade Vanilla ice cream, homemade hot fudge, 1/4 c cherries
