Happy Halloween! So nice having Laura at home. Gonna start the eggnog pancakes as soon as I finish here. Life is good.
Have discovered that the ballet DVD is more difficult when I'm not regularly hiking hills. The thigh muscles for those deep plies are likely the same ones for digging into the steeper parts of the hills and they are no longer in peak condition.
As a wise woman once said, today is Halloween so candy is allowed.

8:15 am 2 eggnog pancakes, 2 tsp soft margarine, 1 tbl maple syrup, coffee
11:30 am 1 Tootsie Roll midgee
12:00 pm 2 scrambled eggs, 1/2 c veggies, slice mozzarella, 2 pc raisin toast w/butter, 2/3 c hash browns, coffee
12:45 pm Hershey's Special Dark miniature
1:45 pm Reese's miniature
4:00 pm Mounds fun size, Kit Kat fun size
5:45 pm 1 c whole wheat spaghetti, 3 oz ground chuck, 1/2 c Prego Chunky Garden, 1 tbl grated parmesan, 12 oz skim milk
7:15 pm Small pumpkin bar
