Back is feeling a bit better today, thankfully. Only really noticed it at the beginning of reverse curls, got better as the exercise progressed.

I see that I start on-call this week. Hope it's a relatively quiet week in Portage Co.

Have you started your cooking get-togethers with Rowan again this semester? You always used to cook such yummy meals together.

Busy, stressful day at work, but God is good - I was able to schedule a massage at 6:30 tonight. I may possibly be human again.


Food:

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 145 g strawberries, coffee
12:00 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, (underripe) small pear, 66 g white chocolate raspberry scone
3:15 pm 23 g Nestle Maria galletas
5:15 pm Sloppy joe, Trig's bun, 2/3 c spaghetti squash, 1 tsp soft margarine, 12 oz skim milk, 2 Halloween Oreos
