Almost forgot my dentist appointment this morning. Sat down with my cereal and milk and noticed the note that the appointment was in 4 minutes. Asked Dad to call and tell them I'd be 5 min late so I didn't have to waste the cereal; besides I was starving. Returned home after dentist to finish fruit and coffee.
Food:
7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk
8:00 am 1/4 med cantaloupe, 144 g strawberries, coffee
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, slice Earthgrains 7 Grain toast, 1 tbl almond butter, 6 oz Wyman's wild blueberry juice
12:30 pm Nestle fat free cocoa
1:15 pm Half Panera chocolate cookie, diet Coke
6:00 pm 3.6 oz beef roast, 1/2 c fingerling potatoes, 1/2 c carrots, 12 oz skim milk
8:00 pm 1 slice pumpkin bread
