Tues 5 Oct

Preparing and eating all the extra fruit takes more time in the mornings. Running late again. Sigh!

Long afternoon at work; didn't get home til about 5:30 pm. Not too stressful, just long. Had a nice lunch with former and current coworkers at Hilltop.

Wish I didn't have singing tonight. Hope Mary doesn't talk a long time as I'm tired.


Food:

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 4 oz light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 91 g raspberries, 169 g strawberries, coffee
12:15 pm 3 oz chicken breast, 1 oz Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato slice, Kaiser bun, 1 c fruit salad, 2 large diet Cokes
1:30 pm Dove promise, LifeSaver
5:30 pm 14 g Indian corn
6:00 pm Fazoli's ravioli w/marinara sauce, 1/2 tbl grated parmesan, 1 breadstick
7:15 pm Jello sugar free dark chocolate pudding cup
