Lower back uncomfortable again this morning, but I think it's because I haven't had a really good poop for several days. I hope that situation resolves so I will know if that is the major contributing factor.

I'd love to do a bike ride this weekend, but realistically we'll have to keep it in the area because unfortunately I'm on call again. Rick has generously offered to take the pager for me on Friday night so I can come to pick you up, eat out, and maybe even find time for a Costco/TJ run without worrying about getting a call, but I will pick the pager up again on Saturday morning.



Food:

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, slice pumpkin bread, med/large apple sprinkled w/cinnamon sugar
1:15 pm Small York peppermint pattie
3:45 pm 12 g M&M Peanut
5:15 pm Macaroni and cheese, 1/2 c applesauce, 12 oz skim milk, 2 Halloween Oreos

Dunno what you guys have planned for the weekend, but it's looking sunny (if a little cold). If you've got a little time, we could bring my bike up and go for a ride on Saturday, or if you've got a lot of time, I could even grab the purple bike and we could all go up to Minoqua - haven't done that in a while.
