This was a "don' wanna!" morning, but I'm proud of myself that I got up and exercised anyway. It's never so bad once you get moving, and I used to have a hard time getting up even more frequently when I didn't get up early to exercise. I just need to remind myself of that when I "don' wanna".
Hope today won't be as long as yesterday. I'd like to head into vacation feeling reasonably well-rested.
I do not like having to wait til 2:45 pm when I'm getting a little dizzy to get lunch.
Food:
7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 170 g strawberries, coffee
2:45 pm Chobani 0% blueberry Greek yogurt, large peach, Trio pomegranate blueberry granola bar
3:45 pm 1.5 oz caramel corn
6:45 pm 3.6 oz rotisserie chicken, 1/2 c mashed potatoes, 3/4 c homemade applesauce, 12 oz skim milk
8:00 pm Pumpkin cake donut
