Happy Friday the 13th! This week is going by quickly, always nice for an on-call week. Hope to go out to Clancy's for fish tonight. Trying hard to eat sensibly within calorie limits. I do not like that I am now 10 pounds up from where I last lost weight. I can tell that my clothes don't fit as well and there are paunches where there should be none. I have been keeping up exercise well, so it seems I have just laxed off too much on the food. Sigh.
Food:
7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 132 g strawberries, coffee
12:00 pm Blueberry soy shake, blueberry scone large orange
1:00 pm 1 dark chocolate Peepster
3:15 pm 3 Peeps chicks
5:30 pm 5 oz Clancey's baked fish, 1/4 c cole slaw, small slice pumpernickel, 1/2 pat butter, 3/4 c roasted red potatoes, 5 oz white wine
6:30 pm 2 Fiesta eggs
