Wed 18 May

Hoping to have nice weather for hiking tonight since it's the first night this week with time. If it rains, it's the gym. I feel badly that I have not been getting to the gym twice weekly for 2-3 weeks now, and last week I didn't get there at all when I was on call. Time to get back in the groove before sloth becomes habitual.

Bake sale at work. I'm substituting a couple of reasonable treats for my lunch scone. Got hungry at the end of the afternoon and had to indulge in the last of the bake sale treats.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 1/4 large cantaloupe, coffee
9:15 am Small piece rhubarb cake w/1 tbl Cool Whip
11:00 am Small piece apple cake
12:45 pm Chobani 0% vanilla Greek yogurt, large orange
3;45 PM Cranberry oat bar
