Since Baraboo so rudely held their street fair last weekend without telling me, we will go to Green Bay instead for a short getaway. We will leave this afternoon and do a wine tasting at Captain's Walk and dinner at St. Brendan's before staying there overnight. Tomorrow we'll do the Green Bay farmer's market and a walk along the river, weather permitting.
I was still pretty sore from the new DVD yesterday, so Power Shaping is a gentler yet active workout that moved the muscles without adding insult to injury, I hope.

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 1/4 large cantaloupe, coffee
11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, 140 g cinnamon scone, large orange
12:45 pm 2 Fiesta eggs (sigh! the last)
5:45 pm Wine tasting (3 wines), 5 oz marechel foch rose
7:00 pm Blue rum cocktail, small round of scone, 1.5 oz hazelnut-encrusted brie, 6 oz salmon filet, 3 grilled shrimp, 3/4 c pesto mashed potatoes, 1/2 c vegetables, 1/4 c asiago cheese sauce, chocolate bread pudding
