Fri 6 May

It's so weird to start work for the week on Thursday. My mind knows it's Friday, but my psyche feels like Tuesday. Good problem to have overall. Supposed to be a lovely, sunny day so Dad and I will hike Rib after work tonight. Tomorrow is the Cultural Festival, so my resolve to try to eat sensibly will be stressed. I will severely limit breakfast and dinner on Saturday so that I can enjoy the goodies at the Cultural Fest. We're taking Grandma to brunch at Michele's on Sunday, but I can usually do okay if I put my mind to it at a brunch.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee
11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, 31 g chocolate chip scone, 153 g strawberries
12:30 pm 1 dark chocolate Peepster
4:30 pm Large orange
4:45 pm 28 g TJ cinnamon grahams
6:45 pm 12 oz American Pale Ale, 6 oz lean ground beef, slice tomato, lettuce, 1 oz cheddar cheese, bun, 5 plantains

5:25-6:25 pm Hiking Rib Mt plus tower
