I bought a new video using ballet/Pilates/yoga methods to tone. Did it for the first time this morning and my legs are singing. No cardio aspect, but so many reps using tight muscle tone that core, buns and legs are exhausted. There's even a little weight work for upper body to keep balance. I expect the calorie burn isn't huge, but it's a good workout.
Intake was slow this morning so I used the time to clean up some very old piles of papers in my office. Looking forward to working in a less cluttered environment.

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 1/4 large cantaloupe, coffee
12:30 pm Peach soy shake, blueberry scone, large orange
1:30 pm 2 Fiesta eggs
6:15 pm 5 oz grilled chicken breast, 3 spears broccoli, 1 c sweet potato fries, 1/2 mint-frosted chocolate cupcake
